Our residential practice spans HNI homes for first-generation entrepreneurs, generational family villas, sea-facing penthouses, weekend farmhouses outside the metros, and ground-up architecture on private plots. The studio integrates structural design, interior detailing, smart-home automation, lighting design and landscape coordination — so a home is delivered as a single, considered experience rather than a stitched-together set of vendor outputs.

For hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés and lounges, MM Designs leads with experience. Our hospitality work begins from the guest's first step at the porte-cochère and walks through every threshold, sightline, sound profile and material change until check-out. Sequence, lighting choreography, acoustic comfort and an operationally tight back-of-house are designed in lockstep with the architecture and interiors.
We work with independent hoteliers, F&B operators and emerging hospitality brands to design environments that hold up to high footfall, scale gracefully across day-parts, and translate the brand into a space guests want to return to. Outcomes are measured not by photographs alone — but by guest dwell time, repeat visits and reviews of the actual experience.

MM Designs delivers workplace interiors and corporate office architecture for HQs, regional offices, design studios, co-working facilities and pre-leased Grade-A fit-outs. Every layout is calibrated for productivity, collaboration, focus, talent attraction and brand visibility — supported by acoustic zoning, layered lighting design, ergonomic FF&E and integrated meeting-room AV.
We coordinate with HR, IT, facilities and brand teams from day one so the office runs cleanly on day one. Our specifications cover power, data, MEP coordination, cable management, security, smart access and post-occupancy evolution — making the workplace a long-term asset rather than a project that needs re-designing in two years.

Our retail design practice covers showrooms, flagship stores, multi-brand boutiques and brand experience centres — designed around customer journey, conversion and brand recall. Sightline, sequence, hero-product zone, atmosphere and a soft, considered checkout edge are choreographed deliberately for each retail brief.
We work with category leaders in jewellery, fashion, home, automotive and lifestyle retail to translate brand voice into three dimensions. Material palettes, signage strategy, fixture standards and lighting curves are documented at flagship-level quality so that subsequent stores can be rolled out faithfully across cities — with our team supervising opening-store delivery end-to-end.

MM Designs creates healthcare and wellness environments that quietly lower patient anxiety before any clinician speaks a word. Our work spans single-specialty clinics, multi-specialty diagnostic centres, IVF and dental practices, day-care surgical units, spas, wellness studios and senior-living interiors — designed for clarity of wayfinding, dignity of patient experience and operational ease for medical staff.
The studio coordinates clinical compliance, infection-control finishes, NABH-aligned planning, equipment layouts, accessibility, signage, MEP coordination and the calm material palette that healthcare design must hold. Daylight, acoustic ceilings, careful sightlines and a quiet point of stillness — a courtyard, a plant wall, a reading corner — are designed in from the start, not added on later.
